Any experience with this moveset? Is he a dragon slayer? Should I power him up? Candy is not a problem.

Equally weak to dragon. Might be worth trying it out. Double fire resistance too (and grass?)

It resists SW though, it is a good prestiger against SW (and not DC) Dragonites.

Grass, ice and electric are neutral to Kingdra (SE and NVE cancel each other out).
Besides fire, it has double water resistance.

I have one at lvl 30 and i really like it. DB is pretty fast and Outrage hits very hard as a 2-bar move. If you dodge the enemy attacks you get high value with it. Apart from that I would say it's its best moveset cause you get double dragon STAB and there are better water and ice attackers.

It has douple resist vs water (vaporeon)
and also vaporeon doesnt resist dragon moves

It will lose little bit dps compared to SW dragonites, but then again it will be more bulky.
One more note: Kingdra has less max hp than dragos.

It is best used when water and fire pokemon are chained. It is really bad against Dragonite if it has dt.

I have one. He is a pretty good Vape prestiger, however I do not have a double lightning Lantern and I wonder if I finally get one would he be better.
