Is Kangashkan the amazing defender he seems to be?

The regional condition of this beast is a pity, cause seems to be very funny to use and has it all except maybe high enough CP. The well known versatility of the normal type mons, 210 stamina, 178 defense and a really interesting defensive moveset: mud slap and stomp with stab (his only decent user). Has anybody tested him properly?
