Just wondering

I don't know what it is...are my mons to weak, am I using the wrong ones or is it my phone/internet?

I was trying to solo some lvl3 raids the last week. Vaporeon, Machamp, Arcanine and Gengar. I managed to defeat Machamp two times but I wasn't able to defeat the other ones with Gengar being the hardest.

I'm lvl 34 and most of my mons are powered to lvl 31,5 and are all above 76% IV with good moves. I play on an android device. Since timing out was the issue in both cases I wasn't dodging at all in some trys.
For Vaporeon (AT) I used a combinatuon of
Venasaur lvl 31,5 80% RL/SoB
Exeggutor lvl 31,5 80% C/SoB
Exeggutor lvl 31,5 78% C/SoB
Dragonite lvl 35,5 98% DT/OR
Dragonite lvl 35,5 91% DT/OR
Victrebeel lvl 31,5 93% RL/SoB
Victrebeel lvl 31,5 93% RL/SoB
Jolteon lvl 31,5 91% TS/T

For Arcanine I tried with:
Golem lvl 35,5 98% RT/SE
Golem lvl 31,5 80% RT/SE
Rhydon lvl 31,5 80% MS/EQ
Tyranitar lvl 35,5 89% B/SE
Tyranitar lvl 31,5 89% B/SE
Vaporeon lvl 31,5 84% HP

Are those mons to weak to solo those bosses?
