Just saw a wild Togetic
I saw a wild Togetic, and it fled from me after 2 balls and 2 Nanab Berries! Seriously? 5% base flee rate! Same as the 5% base capture rate!
I could have gotten it if the game rolls its dice with "a such decently low number" at the correct time.
I want to ask Niantic, will the evolution form of Togetic have a lower base capture rate than Dragonite, or to say more clearly, 2.5%? Togetic is now as hard to catch as a Dragonite.
After the nest migration, though, Togetics aren't super rare here, also seen one on the nearby just a few days ago.

I think 333-Blue used the banana berry from hearing rumors from Japan that they were using them on Togetic mons to catch them. Something about them not "jumping" out of the poke balls.
I caught the one I saw in the wild using what we all probably would use... RAZZ+Ultra+curve ball. Caught it on my second throw.
After this easter event I hatched so many babies I could evolve two of them now.
