Just double checking...
I looked at all of the pages for each eeveeloution, and on none of them, it says that last resort is good for attacking. So, does this mean that I should wait on evolving? (I'm 90% sure that's what I'm going to do, but I'm just seeing what other people are saying)

It’s decent on Espeon for neutral damage if weather boosted, but psychic moves are more useful in general for what you’d use espeon for.
For Umbreon, it’s better for defense than its dark type moves as it can damage neutral targets. Same goes for the other eeveelutions, but on offense they’re better off with STAB moves.
