Jolteon power up question

If Eevees are not super-rare where you live (prolly not as you have 225 candy) this one isnt worth the dust. I suggest you to not spend your dust eeveelutions and capture all the eevees you saw and evolve the high lvl ones. Eeveelutions are the only mons that I dont mind IVs. They will get the job done even if they have %0 IVs. Of course if you find one with high IVs like +%90 and high lvl like 27-28 you can power him up to 30 for your main team.

I spent twice that much by powering up a pair of Jolteons - one with Thunder and one with Thunderbolt. My most used attackers - will clear a gym super fast providing you don't mind high potion use.

I don't regret it...

I love to attack with Jolteon, worth the to be powered up imo.. the chance of getting a better IV Jolteon with the same MS is low
