Jolteon Power up

Hai,
I have 2 jolts with T/TB, one 1609 with 88.9% IVs, the other 1637 with 86.7% IVs. Candy and dust are no problem. Should I just power up both or the one with the better IVs?

i have a somewhat unorthodox tactic and dont care of iv on jolteon.

Got a couple of 60-80ivs but alomst fully powered up when caugt. I dont Use them to any other than gyarados and vaporeon specialist.

Saving candies and dust

I'd power only if 93.3%+ for Jolteon (and only one) cuz are really easy evolve 2200+ Jolteons without any power up. Thats what i did with my 95.6% T/TB who are now 2498CP.

I would collect and mass evolve 30+ high CP Eevees and from there you will get several high CP Jolteons, Flareons and Vapes. It will net you a huge bunch of XP with a lucky egg and more importantly it will cost you exactly zero stardust to get your level 28-30 Jolts/Flares/Vapes ... and at this level who cares whether Jolteon has 2100 CP vs 2180 CP?

In short, don't bother with IVs for Eevees and powering up their various evolutions, your stardust is better spent elsewhere. Biggest noobie mistake is to catch a 100% IV level 2 Eevee and power it up to level 30. With that stardust and candy you can get plenty more mileage by playing smart.

At 1600, they make good prestiger for 2800+ gyarados. I would keep them at that point.

No point powering them up - keep them as prestigers. I have two Jolteons at that cp range and they make quick work of Gyaradoses. One possible exception is if you need to tear down opposing gyms regularly and they happen to be filled to the brim with Gyaradoses. But even that it's still not clear cut.

The only eeveelution that may be worth powering up all the way is an almost perfect IVs Vaporeon with a good defensive moveset.

I wish I had these two. Perfect to prestige against 3000+ Gyarados in gyms. I'm regretting transfering my 1560 Discharge Jolteon in the valentine event, because you can't really get enough electric prestigers in that range.
