Jolteon or Raichu as attacker

192-174-130

Raichu base stats:
200-154-120

Basically, even tho Raichu may get Spark, Jolteon is a better 'mon overall.

I really enjoy using Jolteon. Have a 100% IV with Thunder a Shock / Thunder and he does work against certain mons like Gyarados.

It's an aesthetics thing really with both electric types. Not much other use, I just really enjoy the speed/look of Jolteon.

Jolteon, I tried using my Raichu a few times and was very disappointed in his effort. He looks cool though.

Raichu. They both really suck sadly, might as well use the cool one! Sick of evees.

Spark is not better. I was initially disappointed when my raichu got thundershock, but then I did the calculations. Without writing down all the numbers here, the higher energy per second outweighs the lower damage per second, unless you're using it for defense, which is ridiculous.

*It outweighs Spark by a negligible amount.
