JHVS what am I doing wrong?

Machamp raid: 1/4 solo record
All have been against Heavy Slam
My team pretty much stays the same, especially since they got my only win.
Zam 2604CP C/FS
Espeon 2620CP ZH/P
Espeon 2608CP ZH/FS
Espeon 2538CP ZH/P
Eggs 2600CP C/SoB
Dragon 2913CP DT/O

I switched out the Egg for a 2242CP Zam (C/DG) once to see how it went... he'd be good if leveled up more. But this team should win. I've been having trouble with soloing raids lately, not sure if it's lag, or my phone, or what, but I definitely couldn't beat a vaporeon the other day, which has been easy with 20+ seconds the other 2 times. I am waiting on a qTM to change a 96% level 30 egg from BS/P to E/P to help out, but if I cant win, then I cant get a TM.

Do you have high level Dnites DT/H? I just soloed Machamp with 2.5 Dnites with DT/H with 18 seconds left. Machamp had C/CC though. Against C/HS, 3-4 Dnites DT/H can solo Machamp easily. This is all with dodging charge moves.

Got one Dragon, and he had HB, was hoping for H when I used my only TM... but O was doing some damage

The last TM I got was from a level 2. I actually got 2 TMs. You don't need to solo 3s to get TMs.

Timed out, and I'm for sure lag/phone was an issue, because the last time 10 seconds left and both mons were at 0 hp. But i still think it should be easier, since a lot of others are killing him with time to spare, not a last second win/lose

You look slightly under powered to me. That said, the difference between dodging and not has proven to be a 15+ second difference with my crew. You need to get at least 3 of your Zam's FS off. How are you doing with dodging HS? Also, what is the clock starting at? If it's under 175 I'll just restart. If I miss charge move dodges with my first 2 mons, I'll restart.

It's never "full" time... ever. 172-174. And I'm good at dodging HS, but with lag, hard to tell if it's coming or if it's "pausing." Then I'm stuck dancing around like mayweather, lol, waiting for it to come

I restart the app, phone, and my life before entering... helps a little. But when I have full service, and it lags, i don't think there is much we can do on our end

I also failed solo machamp today with the same team that I usually solo machamp with quite easly (for a tier 3). Yesterday I soloed arcanine with the same squad I couldn't solo him two weeks ago.

Seems like that for me too. Vaporeon is easy... but i couldn't do it, after beating him before

Which phone are you using?. Your team looks more than enough to kill a Machamp based in what i read on GP. I'd add a high CP Gengar after the Alakazam, exclude the C/SoB Eggy and keep the Dragonite DT/O as the last.

You'll love that double psychic egg for Machamp bosses. I have 2 with confusion. I thought about using a cTM on my top C/P Exeggutor for vaporeon bosses, but its so good against Machamp with psychic I just can't.

I just tried my first Machamp (C/DP) solo today and lost twice. Didn´t have time for more. Approx 1 mm left of red. The insufficient team (in fighting order):

Alakazam, C/FS, lvl 30.5, att 7
Espeon, C/FS, lvl 30.5, att 13
Espeon, C/Pb, lvl 30.5, att 15
Exeggutor, Es/P, lvl 30.5, att 11
Dragonite, SW/Hu, lvl 32.5, att 14

First time I added an Espeon, ZH/P, lvl 28, att 11, fainted and came back with a Gyarados, B/HP, lvl 33.5, att 15 and just timed out.

Second time I replaced worst Espeon with Dragonite, DB/DC, lvl 30,5, att 14, fainted, came back with Espeon lvl 28, then Gary lvl 33.5 and timed out with slightly less on the bar.

No dodging at all.

I wonder if maybe since yesterday was Sunday and the day before was Saturday maybe the servers for Niantic are alot busier than on weekdays

Soloing level 3 raids have been alot harder lately...took 4 times to beat a Vaporeon today (went to the last second), with 4 Eggys....usually take it down with 9-10 seconds left....same with the Machamp and Arcanines, didn't help the Arcanine said times up with 4 seconds left???
