Iv vs MoveSet ?

What is better ?

Dragonite 75.6℅ (15/08/11) Dragon Breath and Dragon Claw ( rank A )

Dragonite 93.3℅ ( 15/12/15 ) Steel Wing and Dragon Claw.

Which one is better to atk ? Any worth to put stardust in ?

Thanks

The first one is clearly better and worth of leveling up.

What comes to IV's, the comparison really is...
Attack: 250+15 vs 250+15
Defense: 212+8 vs 212+12
Stamina: 182+11 vs 182+15
Quite easy to see that IV's are not making big difference here.

Oh. Thanks. So iv is not a bigdeal. What should I do ? Spend candy and dust to power up 75 iv or try another dratini ( another 93 iv. 12 15 15 ).

I would power up the 75%. I know that is says it is only "strong" and it kind of messes with ones mind, but as you see, there is no real difference between strong and amazing in this case.

Moveset makes a huge difference and it has the moveset you want to have for attacking.

Depends on what you prefer to use them for.

If you want to use them for attacking, easily go with 75.6% as its got best attack moveset. I'd go with it even if it had 10 IV.

If you opt for defense, then use the 93.3% as it got a better 'Fast Attack' suited for defense.

Actually with best moveset, I don't care at for its IV since I had enough experience of high IV weak move pokemons faring really bad at attack compared to a same pokemon with low IV but best moveset.

Yes. But I tought that 25 ℅ iv was a big deal. I didnt know if it was better powerup 75 or try to make another dragonite (93.3).

Thing is, you could wait months in order to get DB/DC again with a better moveset. Or maybe, you could never get it. Getting a Dragonite is not like getting a Pidgeott.

As they told you, the 1st one is pretty amazing, best moveset for attacking and 75% is really good.

The difference between Pokemon GO IV with 0% and 100% IV score is 10% in terms of CP and general battle performance. It’s not a lot by any means, but it is important for hardcore players.

It is not that simple. Dragonite has such good base stats that IV's matter even less than they normally do.

Dragon Claw is overrated as an attacking move,
i will power the second one for gym defending
