IV stats effect in gym

Hello,
i have 2 Golducks:
1. Golduck
CP - 1327
IV - 6/0/7 (HP/ATK/DEF) = 28.9%

2.Golduck
CP - 1327
IV - 15/10-11/14-12 (HP/ATK/DEF) = 84.4% - 86.7%

I tried their attack power in enemy gym vs. 1 same pokemon. I was counting used basic attacks (watter gun) until i won fight and final count attacks of both golducks descripted above was same (36).

How this can be possible when they have different attack IV stats?

because the lower IV one is a higher level, and the level of a pokemon affects a value called CPM (CP multiplier), and CPM affects the attack stat, which damage dealt in battle.
