So if u power up a pre evolution ( don't ask me why ) and when I evolve it but didn't power up the evolution, when I calculate its iv do I put it as powered up or not powered up

Powered up because I believe the point of selecting powered up is to account for half levels, like if the pokemon is 29.5.
