IV's on hatches not as good as it used to be

I have noticed a significant lowering in the IV's on mons that come from hatches. Prior to Gen 2, about 72% of hatches gave IV's of 82% or higher. Since Gen 2, I am getting less than 50% with IV's of 82% or higher, and I've even gotten as low as 68% IV's.
My numbers are based on 658 hatches prior to Gen 2, and 97 hatches since then.

58% is inpossible, I think you mean 68% which is one of the worst you can get. I've noticed higher IVs post gen 2 so it's pure RNG.

I've noticed no such trend, and if anything, my recent hatches have had higher IV's, which I attribute purely to randomness.
