Just wondering if a pokemon's iv relates to the rate at which the Iv occurs (eg all pokemon have a 10% chance to get an Iv above 90% or a 20% chance to be above 80) or maybe it's more of a bell curve (where the majority of pokemon are around the 50% Iv)
