IV Calculator updated? No result for this Bulbasaur...

So I'm trying to find out this Bulbasaur's IVs on the Gamepress calculator, but it shows no results, just the message "Oops! There might be something wrong with your input.". But I triple checked it and everything seems to be correct.
This is the first time it happens to me and the only thing that comes to my mind is the balance patch that happened recently. So, how can I know if the calculator is updated or not?
And yes, I tried to check the "Powered Up" option. No difference.

Oh, and if anyone is curious, the appraise says the Bulbasaur is over 82%, best attribute is Attack, and it's either 13 or 14. But with or without this data, the calculator shows no result.

If this Bulbasaur has been sitting in your quest buffer since before the rebalance, then it still has the old stats. If that’s the case, then you can power it up once and it will “catch up” to the new stats and updated iv calculators will work on it.

And if so, 420cp was the old perfect value for research Bulbasuar, and this is fairly far from that.

Yeah, it came from a quest. That may be the case.

I think they are still updating the calculator. If you take a look at the some of the newest released evolutions,they are still not added. You can try other websites, they will most probably give you results.
