Is it really confirmed that gengar won't have shadow claw or lick as quick move?

I think it's a fair assumption that if Gengar was getting a different quick move for it's raid day, that would have been mentioned in the announcement as well. So unless Niantic is messing with us, or the announcement that Psychic would be it's charge move was made in error (entirely possible, but not very likely), Gengar won't be getting a different quick move on Nov. 3rd.

We all hope the day before the event we find out that it gets Lick as a quick move and no Psychic has a charge as the trick then the treat

But overall shiny is still cool, I still use my Hex and Sucker Punch Gengars. Without SC it’s still one of my best options for psychics usually
