Rayquaza will be dropping tomorrow as we all know.

For city players Kyogre may still be a priority but Rayquaza might just be too attractive to pass so rural players might as well find their best Kyogre and power it now.

Personally I've given up with my 93% Specimen of Kyogre and will also flock to catch Rayquaza.

Also more gen 3 pokemon, which means the aron nest on the local park will be gone tomorrow. I'm spending the day shiny hunting.

Very likely. Every time legendaries overlap the new one gets all the attention...
93% sounds good enough! I was considering myself lucky for my 91%
