Incense influensed by weather

I used an incense today and got only weather buffed Pokémon, rare Pokémon by rain (mudkip, feebas) then changed to clouded with roselia's and gulpins. Does anyone used it in different weather and got good Pokémon or was it just luck during rain?

(It's also clouded here for 3 days, but in Pokémon go it's changing every few hours)
