Incense Broken?

Was out for a walk used incense but not one pokemon spawned. Anyone else with same problem.

I used incense in Squirtle CD, worked fine. Didn't see a lot of Beldum or Incense spawns on Beldum's CD, though. Might be that some of the special code for CD spawns breaks the incense code.

Beldum's CD was actually the first time i felt there were no Incense spawns didn't used one since today. Some times you miss a spawn or u stay in same place but even then ever 5 min should be a spawn but none and i was walking the whole time seems kind of odd.
