Incense and Lures

I don't know if the rates change but incensed Pokemon seem to be more aggressive, behaving similar to weather boosted Pokemon

i have feeling, based on my own experience, that lured/incensed mons rarely ran away. Hovever they very aggresive and hard to hit well. Sometimes its forcing me to use nanabs on them, depended on species.

@solid_snake: I dont think WB mons are more aggresive- just slightly harder to catch when above 30 lvl.

I don't think different catch/flee rates have ever been reported or found in the code. Their more aggressive behavior with jumping and attacking has been talked about for a long time though.
