Implement clans and daily quest in PoGo?

Now I know I'm getting ahead of myself since we still don't have pvp or trading yet but could niantic possibly be able to put clans and daily quest into the game in the future?
I know technically since there are three different teams it would take a bit to implement a structure to work for a clan system but it could get
people in your clan to meet up and play together, report spawns like how some people have chat groups with people around there area useing discord, Facebook etc. Help new players or lower level players with tips and so on which are all things niantic want people to do with there game. Also, there are other mobile games where if your in a clan you can put 1-2 characters and collect coins if you leave your characters in there for acouple hours and if your clan member wants he can use your character but it's gonna cost them coins or whatever it may be. Now If they could implement that it would be cool but not sure if it would work with PoGo compared to other games.
Daily quest could and should be implemented in the game imo so instead of just doing the same thing everyday for no reason you actually would have a reason to do it regardless if you would of done it anyway. They would have to do it by level and each daily quest will be random but not too hard (For ex. Catching a certain amount of Pokémon, spinning a certain amount of stops, defeat a certain amount of gyms, etc.) and this would also have to do with your level so the higher the level the more Pokémon you would have to catch for your daily reward or whatever the quest you have may be. It would be pretty cool to see some of this stuff get implemented in the game at some point but not sure how it would work.
Let me know what your guys thoughts are on this and if you would want something different implemented into the game or something similar but different.

There's already both clans (teams) and daily quests (first catch & pokestop).

Like my second sentence said I know there are teams but I wouldn't consider them as clans and true but then you have nothing else to do but catch and hit stops and your getting no rewards for it so why not implement something else we can actually work for just cause there is a daily reward for hitting your first stop and first catch shouldn't mean they shouldn't implement something with other quests to do.

I don't think clans would add much to the game with there already being teams, but random daily quests would be nice. I don't think higher level players should have to catch more pokemon for their quest, since it's at least as hard for higher levels to catch pokemon as lower levels. I would give the same numbers of pokemon and pokestops for a daily quest, regardless of level. Other dailies I can think of would be gaining a certain amount of prestige total in friendly gyms or causing other teams' gyms to lose a certain amount of prestige. I'm sure there are others that would also be good.

Clans... not needed. Make a Text Group Chat would be exactly the same as a clan.

Daily Quests, might be cool if they just picked a random pokemon each day. And if you catch that random you get say 1000 dust and 1000 xp for the first of that type for day. OR make it a true targetted pokemon with a smaller reward say 200/200 but unlimited catches. ((Say all Poliwags for day are 200/200))

Some leader boards would be nice. But I'd say only for the ones active during the last week/month.
