It feels like Illumise is spawning much more since the start of the Psychic event. Not sure why, as it neither Psychic type, nor boosted by the local weather (Clear and Cloudy most of the time). Is is any dark link between Illumise and something?

Most regionals are - I've heard of increased Tauros, Volbeat, Illumise, Kangaskhan and Mr. Mime.

I've had a month's worth of Illumise in hours.

Here in Europe we are having a crazy amount of Mr Mime, Zangoose and Illumise so i believe what TheClaurachan is saying must be true :'(

What is an Illumise?

(I assumed that the Volbeat infestation in eastern Singapore was due to heavy rain over the past few days.)

I've noted a huge increase of Heracross and Illumise's spawns here in South America too.

It's been rainy where I live the past couple days. Illumise pretty much overruns 9 out of 10 spawns when it registers in game. It was the same for a previous event as well.
