I tranfered a togetic

It abit after gen two came out, so i diddn't know its rareity. I caught him but he had a low cp, so i tranfered him. Now i found out that togapeg is realy rare! I put an image of him in my pokedex. I REALY wish i could get him back (to trade, hes rare but his cp is to low for me to evolve him in future generation)
