I need a opinion about my mewtwos

Psycho cut is mewtwo's best fast move in all but one case these days. (that case being mewtwo fighting pokemon weak to psychic)

A bit more information on what other pokemon you have would be useful, like other legendaries. Mewtwo, with the other moves is very strong, but there are many nonlegendary substitutes that can do the same type offense as mewtwo's other moves (aside from psychic and shadow ball) and do those better/cheaper.

Mewtwo from what ive seen in PvP is very hit or miss, its strong, but it often doesnt have the bulk to deal with things like B/C tyranitar, which is very common and extremely dependent on having all the shields gone to be able to do things effectively. Shadow ball's its main move ive seen, after that maybe ice beam, but that is mostly for legacy dragonite. If you plan to add one, focus blast or ice beam are the best to add

Get a second move for the 96% Mewtwo. I think Ice Beam is an ok move for PvP.

I agree, give the 96% a second charge move! You can waste a lot of charge TM's getting the move you want. I suggest stopping on Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, or Focus Blast and try it out. Also, be super careful not to remove Shadow Ball.

I'd lean towards Focus Blast, because it has very high damage per energy (better than Shadow Ball in PvP), and is great at dispensing with those pesky Tyranitars that resist psychic and ghost. Ice is also good, Ttar is neutral, many other things are weak to it (dragons, for example). Only problem with Focus Blast is that it takes 75 energy to do 150 damage, which will trash almost anything with plenty of overkill, and makes it slow relative to a 55 energy move.

Confusion is superior to Psycho Cut when the opposing Pokemon is either Neutral (PvE only) or Weak (both) to Psychic Type.

Psycho Cut is always superior to Confusion on PvP, except if the opposing Pokemon either resists Mewtwo's Charged Move(s) or it is Weak to Psychic Type. In PvE, it is only superior when the opposing Pokemon either resists Psychic Type or is Double Weak to Mewtwo's Charged Move(s).
