Hyperbeam on Blissey

Is Hyperbeam useful at all on a Blissey, or could it be in future? Asking for an educated guess that's all.

I have 2 with Dazzling Gleam (the best), 2 with Psychic (in case it becomes better with rebalance) and 1 with Hyperbeam. Wondering if it's worth keeping this move at all.

Any chance it may be useful in PvP?

No, Dazzling Gleam is the best and will continue to be the best charged move on a defensive Blissey. Cloudy weather is common and DG hits pretty much every generalist with SE damage.

Probably not worth keeping, just try to TM them all to DG. It'll likely be the best in PvP too since DG is two-bar, effective against Blissey's counters and harder to dodge.
