Hydro Cannon's DPS/TDO Ranking

When I search Blastoise in the Comprehensive DPS/TDO Ranking Table (pokemongo.gamepress.gg/comprehensive-dps-tdo-ranking), the exclusive move "Hydro Cannon" doesn't show up. Please help.

You can manually edit in Hydro Cannon with its stats from Blastoise's pokemon page and then edit Hydro Cannon into Blastoise's movepool. Both of these functions are available through the "Customize" button.

HC Blastoise is between Swampert and Vaporeon in DPS (quite a bit below Gyarados) and severely below Gyarados and Vaporeon in TDO. Nothing to write home about but certainly useable as a tier 2 water attacker you don't have better options like Kyogre or Gyarados.

I used him against Aerodactyl yesterday just for fun, he did surprisingly well but was tragically killed by one hyper beam

He's still a less powerful Vaporeon. Even considering only 2 or 3 bar moves, he still gets beat by Swampert and is bearly ahead of Crawdaunt.
