Hows everyones Candy Mewtwo
Well, with Mewtwo leaving tomorrow, how's everyones mewtwo candy looking? With the removal of shadow ball, and the gen 4 pokemon being released soon, these mewtwo sets are outclassed and wont get any use until after these pokemon come out. (Still useful as they are powerful, just outclassed by nonlegendaries). So, hows everyone's candy looking? I'm only holding onto three or four of them, only ones with 91% or higher, others going for trade fodder if they have some double candy for trades.
What are you going to do with your nonshadow ball mewtwo?

I've been sinking all my candy into my SB Mewtwo as I've gotten it so currently I have about 7 candy. One SB Mewtwo is L35 and another is ~L37 though, so I've made off pretty well.
I'm keeping the best of each charge move sans Hyper Beam for collection purposes. I would like to eventually power up the Ice Beam one for novelty but it's pretty low on the priority list. On top of that I did just get a lucky SB Mewtwo, which despite already having 2 SB Mewtwo powered up would be more practical to power up than an IB one.
Either way novelty projects are taking a back seat since I just spent an absurd amount of dust maxing a hundo Metagross from L6.
Hoping there's double candy from the professor for Halloween. If not, many of them will still go in the grinder. Save a few for novelty/trading purposes, or if I ever want to play in a Draft league.
Given the high dust cost of trading legendaries, I don't see trading them as a great option, unless I run into someone who wants to trade something really great for them {Rayquaza, Groudon, Kyogre (I have a lot of those, though), Palkia, Dialga, SB Mewtwo (can't see why someone would do that trade, but I'd take it) etc.}
Want to power one Focus Blast one - FB was a luxury I couldn't afford when Mewtwo was just in EX raids - all of them ended up with SB before the move change. One to sweep gyms would be handy, now that they aren't really hard to get. I don't envision FB being the best option for a raid (we'll see if it outperforms Machamp for Dialga raids, but I really doubt it will, given that steel resists Psychic. Just checked Pokebattler, not even in the top 24. Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee, even Hariyama with Close Combat beat it out.) But against Blissey, Snorlax, Chansey, and Slowking, it's combination of psychic resistance, being neutral to fairy, and fighting attacks will work great. Pity Focus Blast isn't a two bar move, then it would be awesome.
I finally got around to sorting all of my Mewtwo last night.
100% IV C/Psy
96% IV PC/FB
89% IV PC/SB
91% IV PC/IB
91% IV PC/FT
91% IV PC/TB
After bringing the 100%, Shadow Ball, and Focus Blast variants to level 30 I’m sitting on 180 Mewtwo Candy. Hopefully the Halloween event brings double candy for transfers so I can unload a few of the crappy ones.
A few others with decent IVs, and about 35 extras for trade fodder. Now I gotta find someone to trade extra Shadow Ball Mewtwo so I can have at least one more.
549 candy in store, with another 30 coming from trades. I should already have maxed 2 more SB Mewtwos (98% and two 96% waiting) but keep forgetting, and I haven't raided it much after the first few days so it's not like I missed out on a lot anyway.
I have a WB 96% Newtwo which I will max out eventually and give it whichever charge move seems useful at that moment, likely Psychic.
