How's your luck with legendaries' IVs?
I feel like I have the worse luck with legendaries and IVs. I can't crack the 93% on certain things. My best one is a 98% Ho-Oh. Anyone else also experiencing this? Is there a secret I'm missing for higher IVs?

Must admit that I have more luck than knowledge. Since Zapdos included I have at least a 98% of every Legendary (with the exception of Rayquaza, but I am still hoping), and even 2x 100% (Suicune and Groudon). I have been especially lucky with Groudon (3x93, 3x96, 1x98, 1x100, heck, I even got the 10.10.10), but I have to add that the perfect Groudon appeared at the 53rd Raid. Therefore, sometimes there's ways to go ....
It's all RNG at the end of the day, and RNG can be a weird thing sometimes. For instance, I did 130 Kyogre raids while it was around. Out of all of those raids, I only ever encountered a single Kyogre above 90%.
On the other hand, I've done 45 Rayquaza raids and I've encountered two 100% (one ran), three 98% and two 96%.
The only "secret" is to just keep at it, and hope for the best!

Friend of mine has caught 3 perfect legendaries and isn't ahead of me by that many legendary raids. Some people are just crazy lucky.

I'm lucky since Suicune, with a dip at Groudon and then it got back up again it seems. Kyogre was over the top and Raikou was very very nice too.

It is RNG! Doing enough raids (some thousands) it will even out.
In 216 catches you have on AVERAGE (no guarantee whatsoever :-) ) of one 100%, three 98% and six 96%. In about 22 catches most of you, but far from all, could expect one 96% or better.
My luck have varied a lot. First day with legendaries I got a 100% Articuno, but for many I have been unable to get more than 93%.
Out of 12 legendaries I have caught better IVs than expected in four cases, lower than expected in six cases and around average in two. So it seem to even out.
