How will the Mewtwo raid work?

Hey Guys,

First the reason I'm asking this ahead of time is because my town finally got its first ex raid pass. However... They Chose the worst gym in our town. A Traffic Island in between 3 lane highway... Not only that the closest parking lot is a Gas Station. The manager there is Anti Pogo her son died in a car accident from a person allegedly playing Pogo. So every time she sees ppl there she calls the police and gets us removed. This is going to be a huge struggle cause I know there will be almost 100 ppl trying to stand on that little traffic island.

The Question is.

Is the max group still 20?
How many should you have in a group to be successful?

thanks

For the logistics aspect, you're probably just to going to have to come to some agreement with your fellow trainers.

You have a full hour to battle, so you could just go in batches, reducing the number of people on that traffic island at once. You could also just jump into the lobby while in range of the gym then migrate somewhere else for the actual raid, away from the island and the problem lady.

Max is still 20, with that many you'll finish in about 60-70 seconds vs HB/Psy. Not sure about FB.

Depending on the moveset...if FB and average level trainers I wouldn't go in with under 9 to be safe...if it's any other moveset 6-7 average levels should get the job done though I would go groups of 8 to be safe. Mewtwo has been done comfortably with 3 maxers in the past.

Barrelrider13,
Try to let the group know to be as compassionate and understanding as possible toward that mother's emotions. She lost a son. It may or may not have been a Pogo player that caused the accident but what she believes is what she believes.

You all players need to keep your heads, stay calm and be as nice as possible so each of you can catch your mewtwo.

Do you have a way to mass communicate with other players? Can you arrange carpooling to avoid parking on her property? Do what you can to avoid bothering this still grieving mother as much as possible.
