How rare is lavitar/pupitar/tyranitar?
Do you think it is possible to get a tyranitar 3200+ on legit way?
In my town (600.000+ population) only 7 lavitar spawned after gen2 came out.

It's pretty rare. Dratini is also pretty rare in a lot of places. But you only need to catch half as many larvitar as you needed dratini during gen 1 because of pinap berries, and you can also set him as your buddy for more candy. Plenty of legit players will be getting these in the next week or so.
There are currently about 1 Million daily players of Pokemon Go in the western world (rough estimate with high inaccuracy). Assume that by summer half of them will have met a Tyranitar in the Wild. That's 500.000 encounters in 180 days. From this we can estimate that somewhere between 2000 and 4000 players will have met Tyranitar on the very first day of Gen2. About 30% of these Tyranitars will have had a level of 20 or larger.
Larvitar is not so rare in my area. I live in a 250'000 pop. town, there's a guy who has a site with stats and he claims there were 28 Larvitars that spawned in the past 24 hours! I wish I crossed path with half of these ;-) Seriously I saw 5+ daily over the last 4 days, and even a low-CP Pupitar that I caught with Pinap Berry & Ultra Ball. Also made Larvitar my walking buddy as soon as I got one. I now have the candies for a Tyranitar :-))) but my best Larvitar is only 78% IV so I'll wait to catch a better one before getting my T-rex ;-)
I've played at least 5 hours a day since they came out and haven't seen a single one of the three. I go from rural to urban to parks to college campuses, it doesn't matter.
To be honest, I've only seen 44 Dratini/Dragonaire/Dragonite since the game started. I think, in my area, it will be a long time before any LEGIT players get a T-rex.
