How rare is Ampharos

I found one Mareep but from egg.

Being Mareep in 10 km eggs (shame!), it's rather rare.

I bet Mareep is as rare as Grimer.

I have not found a single one of them and with the information I am seeing I am pretty concerned, if it is like Dratini we have 2 big problems, Ampharos and Tyranitar, I thought Mareep would be a 5k egg but seeing it is a 10k makes me wonder when I am gonna see one...and if you need to walk 625km to get Ampharos and 625 more to get Tyranitar it will be really crazy...

I don't think there will be never a nest of those mons.

I found a wild Ampharos yesterday, and then hatched a Mareep. I'm thinking uncommon like Grimer as another poster said.
