How much does weather affect DPS?

DPS For Articuno: Tyranitar 18.52 ,, Golem 15.62 ,, Moltres 13.92 ,, Entei 13.85 ,, Solrock 13.83 ,, Flareon 13.77
Does sunny/clear weather push the Overheat users above Golem? Tyranitar?
Could a weather drop down menu in the counter guides be implemented to allow us to easily see optimal squads in all circumstances?

Weather give a 20% boost, so multiply the dps by 1.2 to get an estimate, it's not completely accurate since it depends on breakpoints, but it will be good enough in my opinion.

I decided not to be lazy and do GoBattleSims running teams of 6 level 30 100%s as a base.
Tyranitar has the best DPS even in clear weather.
DPS*1.2 was a good suggestion, most are under 0.3dps error, except Golem which was 0.6 under.
