I remember 30.5 is the level beyond which the effect halves. How much stardust and candy it will cost?

20-30 is 66 candies and 75000 dust. One more power up to 30.5 is 4 candies and 5000 dust

You won't find enough Star dust is extremely hard to gather and could take months.
