How many kyogre to power up?!

As for now, I won't power up any but I do plan on powering up my six best Kyogre at some point (gonna require quite some rare candy, but then again I won't invest them in any other gen 3 legendary anyway as I find them not worth it).

I powered up one to lvl 31 to lead a team of same level Gyarados' and Vaporeons. They passed the test of soloing Ninetales with Solarbeam so I won't be powering up anymore Water types

I was lucky enough to catch a 100%, which I'm currently powering up to level 40. That's probably going to be it for a while, but I will keep a handful more for possible future power ups.

Only 1 but, as others have said, not right away.

I am powering up 1 because it is 100% and will definitely use it as a generalist in future raids.

Currently 0 as there is no meta use for it. It's the optimal counter to Regirock and many possible future raid bosses though.

I'll personally power up one, because I do that for all legendaries, but for a player with a lot of resources it's probably a good idea to get a full team to at least level 30.

In my experience it's useless for gyms, WF generates energy so slow and there is only one-bar charge move...
IMO vaporeon with aqua tail is more useful unless you deal with rhydon GR feeder or have a full gym of water weak mons, which is pretty uncommon

I've only powered up 2 to level 30, Was fun to kill rhydons or tyranitars without using charged moves.

My two best are matching 15 15 12. I thought about keeping them matching through equal powerups, but have decided to just max one for now.

Hmm, now I'm thinking of keeping them matching.

Only one, mostly because I try to keep one legendary at a time. Although I will probably go for a second Groudon it will be one grass one ground. Plus, aside from the one I powered already, I don't have any other Kyogre with above average IVs.
