How many FB can Dragonite and Gyarados take?

I was in EX Raid Test today. Mewtwo with confusion/fb basically one shot every single pokemon. We beat with 250 seconds left but I was down to my last two pokemon. I have maxed out 100 IV tyranitar and dragonite and scizor. I am a level 40 player.

OP asked about Focus Blasts only, not the fast moves.
