How many candies from egg?

Okey so some time ago I hatched a Dratini, over 82% IV and the first one from an egg. Got 32 candies.

Some time after, hatched another Dratini. It was between 70 and 82 % IV and gave me 16 candies.

So I tought okey, first one give you 32 and the nexts half the amount (16).

But by my sourprise, today I got another Dratini from an egg with 26 candies. This was the best CP Dratini of the 3 hatched.

So my question is, how many candies are we supposed to receive when we hatch Pokemons and how it works? Would be nice if someone can clarify that for me. Thanks in advance.
