How many buddys have you walked with?
I did a quick check.
I've walked with at least 14 buddys.
When the feature first came out, I used it to get candies for quick evolves of Mons that I needed in my Dex.
Pikachu, Abra, Dodrio, Grimer, and the like.
Once I got them taken care of, I've mostly walked the 'rare' mons. Chansey, Lapras, Snorlax, Dratini, and Larvitar.
My record is for Dratini. 2 different dratini, totalling 955KM...Second is Larvitar at 326 and still walking.

Eevee/Vap - 40 km to power up - first walk to evolve than power up to be able to fight gyms as quickly as possible. WP but I managed :); today he rests in gyms waiting to pass 3000 cp in several days. I was a late starter, early september.
Pika - 3 km - hallo, evolve
Nido - 12.5 km - can't remember why
Growlite - 30 km, to evolve to beat Exe :)
Exe - 45 km to power up to beat Vap
Lapras - 80 km, to power up, wild, low cp, low iv
AND then first Snorlax, my son favorite
Snorlax 1 - 365 km
Dratini - 125 km to power up wild caught db/dc
Snorlax 2 - 85 km
Snorlax 3 - 430 km
Snorlax 4 - 401 km and adding :)
So around 1200 Snorlax km, the rest are insignifiant :).
Meanwhile 10 and something for 2nd Espeon.
Exeggcute: ~300k (until CP adjustment)
Lapras: ~140k (tempted again now that I just hatched a 96% FB/IB)
Rhyhorn: ~300k (happy to have three maxed Rhydons now)
Snorlax: ~75k (got bored waiting for one to power)
Porygon: ~18k (first week of February)
Chansey: ~30k (got bored waiting for one to power)
4 Eevees: ~40k (for Esps/Umbs)
Magikarp: ~4k (quit due to the spastic animation - shiny Gyarados can wait)
Dratini: ~200k (after 80k more, I'll switch to my first and only Larvitar)
I walked five different Chanseys 10km each just in case Blissey had a friendship/happiness requirement. Aside from that, I have put 300-500 km on all of the "big ones". Fun ones I've walked for over 100 km:

Muk
Heracross (not my regional)
Machop (for first dex entry way back when, before I really understood nests)
Very impressed by how far so many of you have walked! (Only 690 km in my case, level 33, started playing in October.)
At first I had several dratini buddies, then caught a wild dragonite and switched to a snorlax.
Snorlax "Moritz" - 142 km
Aerodactyl - 133 km
Chansey - 188 km (need 12 more candies for my blissey)
My next buddy will be my only hatched larvitar.
I wish we could have 2 buddies at a time, I really need more snorlax candy! (I wonder if Niantic might go for that?)
