How long does the spawn last?
I haven´t found any data on this. In the summer it seem to be 10 min, and 30 for some very rare ones. But now I hear people talk about 1 hour for some mons.
So what are the different durations, and which mons last longer?
Are there any fixed time for spawns by lures and incense as well? Incense seem to be very short some times.

Some Pokémon extremely near PokéStops will last 60 minutes.
Most Pokémon will last 30 minutes approximately.
In rare cases, some Pokémon seem lasting 15 minutes.
In extremely rare cases, some Pokémon last 45 minutes.
Incense lures 1 Pokémon every 4–6 minutes.
Lure module lures 1 Pokémon every 3 minutes; a Pokémon flees after 1 minute or someone else catches it.
