How hard is al. Marowak duo now?

With the stat rebalance, did his defense go down?

Curious if I can duo it. Didn't try before.
I have:
Level 40 14 attack kyogre
Level 36 15 attack kyogre
Level 40 14 attack Shadow claw gengar
Level 40 15 attack Shadow ball mewtwo
Level 40 14 attack Shadow ball Mewtwo
Level 40 14 attack smack down stone Edge Ttar (as well as 5 more legacy Ttar at level 30+)

Girlfriend has similar stuff but is 2 levels lower (trainer 36, so max level 38) and didn't necessarily max them all. Pretty sure she has 2 kyogre at 38, but maybe only 1 Mewtwo at 38 and the other around 35. Also a shadow claw gengar and five/six legacy Ttar. All above 30 at least.

Easy duo at best friends in partly cloudy with the ttar I assume? What about neutral weather?
