How good is a steel wing outrage dragonite?

So about a week ago I got a 87iv dragonair and I evolved it to a dragonite that had steel wing and outrage. I just need to know how good it is in attacking and defending

I don't have experience with this moveset on offense, but I trained against mine with this same moveset and Steel Wing performed just fine. Outrage did numbers to my attacker's health. Even when dodging

Alright but not the best. You shouldn't feel bad about it but you can also aim for a better one.

I understand I just see people saying it's the best move set and people say it's the worst so I'm a little confused
