How far do you power up mewtwo?

I just got my single "garbage" Mewtwo to lvl 32 yesterday and I don't think I'll go any higher unless I amass an obscene amount of rare candy. Right now I'm in the process of powering up a double-flying Rayquaza and then I'm gonna work on Entei

I powered up mines (93% ad 82%) up to their Breakpoints (with Confusion) against other Mewtwo.

If I had a 100% I would take it to lvl40.

I don't really use my Mewtwo that much. Maybe that's because of its crap IVs and the fact that it's lvl 30, but I am not really planning on investing in it.

Gonna get a Rayquaza to 37 (last breakpoint for Latios or Latias, but it's a lower lvl for the other one) and then I'll start pumping rare candy in Entei/Moltres for Regice and Registeel. After that I'll put some more in Kyogre just because and at some point if I feel I have enough high lvl Kyogre I'll put some in Mewtwo again (seven Mewtwo, none higher than 2240...).

The first EX raid I did, I got a 93% Mewtwo (13 Attack). I powered it up to 31.5.

My most recent EX raid, I ended up getting a 98% (14 HP). I powered that one all the way up to 40.

Question is how long until you see something better? If your next EX pass should come within a month, wait and see. If you get one every 18 months, power the 93% up.

Just got my 3rd EX pass for next week, so I'm powering up my SB Mewtwo a few levels to 35. Wish it was 93%. Other one has Psychic and is on the Machamp raid team, still powering that one up too, but 30 should be plenty.
