How do you keep track of your "permanent" mons?

I have a spread sheet with about 370 permanent mons on it. I include their names, types, stats, movesets and notes that help me track who/what/when to power up, evolve, etc. It comes in handy especially as I earn candy. I have codes for different functions, and I keep it updated anytime I make changes to my mons. I also have a column for which are in gyms, and the name of the gym.
Does anyone have any special way they track their mons?

wow, impressive.
my only organization is how I name my mons in the app.

Pokemon Go app + Gamepress CP calculator + brain/discretion/decisions
are enough for all that!
though, even me, I'm not sane...

I only track mons I've powered up...I already waste ("use") enough time playing and reading forums and don't bother tracking anything else...I do track my hatches and stuff like how much exp I get during a lucky egg evolve party, when I picked up an evo item, etc...Prob all overkill of course. But since we can't be playing outside all the time, it gives you something to do.

I just use a spreadsheet like you, but only when and how much I powered up something...I don't track moves except I just started tracking my 100% mons (have 5 now)...with moves...

The powering up is nice to know since it lets you know how much candy I need to power up and max out for the next level and how far I can take them...(to let me know when I can finally get another Blissey)...

i change their names, like Vapo/cath for the vapereon i put in a cathedral near me, so i know when they die which gyms need retaking. I thought i was weird.

You are a sick motherfucker just like me. I also have one but with 30 pokemon +/- the most highter CP and the better prestigers ...

I'm developing an app for Android to do so.. anyway I like my spreadsheet in google docs..

Like Ash, you need to know your Pokemon by heart as if they were your own children. Give them real names and genuine value.

But W01Snorl87ZB# does have value to me. I even still remember where I was when I hatched him. And that was right before the Gen2 release when Snorlax lost Body Slam which makes him all the more special.

I have an excel spreadsheet with my top IV mons (and/or mons with matching move sets) from Super Smash Bros & SSB Melee, which was my only prior exposure to Pokemon and my initial push to start playing.

My side project is to keep the max IV version of all 80. I have 67 so far, with IVs averaging 87%. Just waiting on Unown, Heracross, and legendaries.

I missed my chance to get a Flamethrower Charizard, and hope they become available again. Instead I'm stuck with this damn Overheat one, which is "better" but isn't the move it used in Smash Bros - so meh.
