how do i keep my phone from crashing so much while playing pkmn go?

my mobile used to crash once every 20 minutes, but with the latest update crushes every 5 minutes, making the game imposible to enjoy. can somebody help me. how do i improve my mobile performance to play pokemon go without so much crushing.

Without knowing anything about your Mobile Device, service provider, or geographic location I don't think we can offer you any constructive advice.

I think it's phone related. My app reboots about every 15 min but my friends that I was playing with did not have that problem. Same service and location. I rebooted my phone but haven't played extensively yet to know if that fixed it

I have a samsung galaxy j2 and pkmn go is the only demanding app i have installed. And i play in a city with pretty good internet signal. And my service provider is a pretty good one.

I have a J2 too, no other demanding apps just like you, and it sucks, expanding the memory with a SD card class10 helps a little, isso also use Operamax to hold second plan apps, and and stop all other apps on the manager.

Hey limbertbb, Pokemon Go needs 2gb of ram minimum to run. Unfortunately your phone has 1gb.

I read that some are able to run under 2gb, have you tried closing all running apps you aren't using?

i managed to get to level 30 with this phone, with all the crushing ancluded and yes i do close all apps while playing pokemon but thanks for the sugggestions i suppose im gonna have to grind my way through all the crushing.
