How to deal with this Shaver Issue?
So there is this shaver, R, who has shaved many of us (members in our local Raid group) and pissed us off.
There is another player in our local group, S, who is a friend of R. But only few members know about their relationship, including the group leader and I who recruited S in the first place. After S joined our group, R has become less active in shaving. R has also participated in many of our Raid, though he would always hide in the corner and not talk to anybody. Yet I notice him and sometimes we say hi to each other.
Things went well until tonight when R shaved our group leader's Pokémon. With all others recently having the shaving problems with R, they are demanding justice. Now the group leader is asking me for advice.
What advice should I give?
Thanks in advance.

If he or she is smart, i try talking.
I want him or her in my team, what him or her to join the team.
Most people don't like it if you try to force them to do something using any kind of thread or pressure.
So, if i'm not prepared to actually kill him or her, i show him that i value him as a person. Try to envolve him relate to him. Or her.
Try talking to him. If he doesn't care; private raids.
We have excluded a person after repeated warnings about her beeig obnoxious to kids.
Telling them to go home due to not showing up in time (if you are 20-30s in and there is not much time left on the raid itself you restart, you just do, especially if kids)
