How could they release mythical pokemon?

At the original games those guys were pretty rare event's gift. I have no ideia of a cool way to get them now.
Maybe each one that plays for more than a year could earn one, don't know...

Super duper ex raids. Only people with two Mewtwo get invited and it happens at 2am on every Wednesday 299 miles from their house.

Agreed. I'm 5/6. Still kicking myself for letting the one get away. So tight that I didn't get my 7th invite. At least no one else who got the first 6 got their 7th.

Instead of the current EX raid system, maybe one would get an EX raid pass for every 100 raid battle wins, or for every 100 raid battle captures, or something like that. Less random, and make the EX passes usable whenever you want. Give more warning for the EX raids, so people can plan around it.
