Houndour, Snubbull and Swinub from hatching eggs?

I didn't see them form the egg hatching chart. Is this chart from the game database or from players' experiences? I really want these pokemons, but they are quite rare where i live, it's hard to find the ones with high IV.

Just out of curiousity...are you south of the equator?
I am wondering if you are in Summer at the moment.

The reason I ask is that day/night apparently makes a difference to spawns (I see Houndoor at night, but rarely during the day), climactic conditions effect spawns (see Corsola) and I am wondering if some may be 'seasonal'. Specifically Swinubs.
I have not seen any, while others complain about being over run - but I am in the 'summer', so perhaps I will need to wait until winter to see Swinubs.

...or I will just never see them.

In Europe you cannot make a single step without encountering a ******* Swinub.

edit: To be more precise, I'm from Austria. No reason for downvoting, they are everywhere here, although this doesn't seem to be the case in Italy or other European countries.

I keep hearing that...and I wonder if it will change when you get to Summer, and then they might move south of the equator for our Winter

I hope that in summer they exchange Swinub with Heracross :))

Whoops. We got a little bit off topic.

I believe that the lists are created from 'player investigation', but many different sites have all run their own analysis and there seems to be a concensus - the list is complete.

It seems the mons you are looking for do not come from eggs, and a few players have mentioned concerns about these particular mons
I am going to have a problem collecting one on your list too - so I feel your pain.

I can only say that I never hatched any of those. Not even Swinub, which is extremely common in my region as mentioned above.
