Hoping against hope...

Soooo... I know the precedent is bad (I.e. gengar day) but was the omission of the usual disclaimer about not being able tm community day moves turning out in our favor? Any reports or confirmation about whether you can or cannot tm moves?

And please no blanket “you can’t” without some other source please. I am askjng whether anyone has bothered to confirm or deny...
