Ho-Oh vs. Entei vs. Moltres

For grass, bug and steel type- Moltres
For ice type- Entei
Neutral DMG- Moltres
Survivability- Entei
Availability- Flareon

If Ho-oh had better moves to compliment its stats and types, I would easily deem it as the best Fire type. But, with its current move pool, it is probably better suited as a less potent anchor than Lugia, sadly. Other than that, can't really say for certain which legendary is the best Fire type.
