Highest DPS into Vap and Arc
Now that I have one of each of the legendaries I'm returning focus back to T3 solos. Had done Machamp before, and just annihilated gengar (FB) over lunch.
I believe Vape and Arcanine are next most difficult.
I tried Arc before with 3 Lv 31 MS/SE Rhydons & 2 Lv 31 MS/RB Golems and it was too slow (8 timeouts never getting to the 6th guy). Since then I've TM'ed the golems to RT/RB and have a 3rd RT/SE Lv 30 Golem. I have a few lev 29-31 WG/HP vapes, lv30 WG/RB omastar, and a Lv 30 WG/HP starmie. How could I improve/maximize my DPS?
For Vap, I have 3 Lv 30 BS/SoB eggys, a Lv 31 SB/SeB eggy, 2 Lv 29 TS/TB jolts, 2 Lv 28 TS/D jolts, a LV30 RL/SoB Vileplume and a Lv 29 VW/SoB Venu. Same question as above?
Thanks in advance.

So why isn't alakazam rated n.1 pokemon? Because if you had to choice between a high attack and low-medium stamina pokemon or a low-medium attack and high stamina you will pick the 2nd one. Just like defeating Lugia and Moltres; the 1st one is way more difficult even if it hasn't the best attack stats
Lugia and Moltres?
All those bosses have the exact same stamina.
Moltres is way easier because he has a double weakness that people can exploit inside of the same mon that also resists the attacks coming in.
That is your example? One that has nothing to do with stamina?
And when time is an issue it just isn't that simple in many cases. Especially for soloing 3 stars.
But much of it also depends on the glitchiness of the game at the particular time, how you play (dodge some, dodge none, dodge as well as possible).
No one, not this site, no posters that comment here that I've ever read have stated stamina or defense don't matter.
Arc has always been hard and certain groups equal certain mixed results that are further tainted by playstyle (dodge well, often, or not at all) and lag/glitches depending on device and service area....and a killer set of charge moves of different types.
I've found that when Archanine has fire moves he's pretty easy with most combos of Vapes and Golems (which is what I use). When he has wild charge if there is any glitchy-ness Vape is flat worthless. Besides that WC is a pretty tough defensive set by itself. When I see Snarl/wild charge I have come back with a B/SE Tyranitar (in place of a removed Vape) which seemed to help (he resists Snarl and is neutral from WC plus is bulky). If it has crunch this is helpful too since that set is erratic also.
For Archanine you can breeze through one today, and with the same crew get ruined tomorrow. He's not the hardest of the tier 3 solo bosses but for my money he is the most unpredictable based on movesets to solo.
