Hidden Power
Can't remember the details. If I have Hidden Power and I QTM it to the other move and then back to Hidden Power again, am I guaranteed to get the same type of Hidden Power, or does it randomize?

I believe people ask this question mostly for Togekiss hoping to get a:
a) Flying type to be a slightly bigger wall for Machamp (Air Slash is already good, IMHO)
b) Fairy type, but that won't happen because Hidden Power can never be a fairy type. I mean, in the main series it can never be Fairy nor Normal, so I believe Niantic would respect that:

Other useful mons that can learn it are Porygon-2 and its Gen4 evolution Porygon-Z, with the latter having actually very high Attack stat. Shaymin (Sky Forme) also learns it, and can make the whole difference between being a meh Pokémon or the best Grass attacker in the game.
